Optimum Train Swim School (OTSS) approached us with a clear objective: to enhance their social media presence and drive awareness about the importance of learning to swim. Initially operating from four swimming pool centres, OTSS wanted to expand their reach and attract more students. Our role was to handle their social media and content creation, crafting engaging videos for reels and stories that would resonate with their audience.

We began by developing a robust content strategy aimed at building awareness and engagement. Our content highlighted the benefits of learning to swim, showcased success stories, and provided valuable tips and insights. To complement our organic efforts, we implemented performance marketing strategies, including running targeted Meta ads and Google Ads. These efforts significantly boosted OTSS’s online visibility and engagement, leading to increased inquiries and enrolments.

Our partnership with OTSS proved to be a great success. Through our combined efforts, OTSS expanded from four to seven swimming pool centres, reflecting the substantial growth and impact of our marketing strategies. Additionally, recognising the importance of catering to a diverse audience, we expanded our content into dual languages, English and Chinese. We managed their Xiao Hong Shu social media account, effectively reaching and engaging with the Chinese-speaking community.

This engagement demonstrated the power of a well-executed social media and content strategy combined with targeted performance marketing.
